Barbara Hou focuses on corporate, finance, M&A and SEC regulatory matters. Ms. Hou’s deals often relate to emerging technologies, including distributed ledger technology.

Prior to joining Zuber Lawler & Del Duca, Ms. Hou practiced in the Hong Kong office of Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton LLP.

Notable Representations

• Represented an international bank in its merger with another international bank in respect of Asian countries;
• Represented three international banks in a $300 million registered rights offering;
• Represented a gas distribution company in a $3 billion bond offering and $1.5 billion sukuk certificates offering;
• Represented an India bank in a $4.4 billion equity rights issue.
